Borang 1B for Malaysian voters overseas. Download, complete, then return to the Election Commission.

The postal ballot: If you are working and living overseas, and would like to vote in the 14th Malaysian General Election (GE-14) but for one reason or another, are unable to return home, to cast your vote in person, try the postal ballot.

The process is simple enough. Just fill in the form  at this link, and send it to the address at the top right hand corner of the form.

You will be notified by email, once your application has been approved. 

Conditions:

1. You must be a registered voter.
2. You have been in Malaysia or returning to Malaysia not less than 30 days within five years before the dissolution of Parliament or State Assembly.
3. You MUST come back home to vote if you are living in southern Thailand (Narathiwat, Pattani, Yala, Songkhla and Satun), Singapore, Brunei and Kalimantan province, Indonesia.

Download Borang 1B, fill it up and send it back to the EC (address provided in the form).
